2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game on 444ph. This age requirement is established in accordance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine gaming law. 444ph will verify your age as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all associated funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The 444ph platform is operated and licensed for the Philippine market. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing and using the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 444ph complies with the laws applicable in your location.
2.3 One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active registered account on 444ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person for any purpose — including circumventing bonus limits, self-exclusion orders, or account suspensions — is strictly prohibited. 444ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold associated balances pending investigation.
2.4 Registration Accuracy
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
444ph is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawals or once an account reaches specified transaction thresholds. The KYC process requires you to submit:
444ph processes KYC submissions during standard business hours. Most verifications are completed within thirty (30) minutes of submission of complete and valid documents. Incomplete, unclear, or potentially fraudulent documents will be rejected, and you will be notified of the specific reason for rejection.
Withdrawal of funds from your 444ph account requires successful completion of KYC. 444ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
Your KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with the 444ph Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any One-Time Passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
444ph will never ask you for your password or OTP via live chat, email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any message purporting to be from 444ph that requests your password or OTP should be treated as fraudulent.
You must notify 444ph immediately via [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your 444ph account. 444ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
444ph strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA can be activated at any time from the Account Security settings panel.
5.1 Deposits
444ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT (cryptocurrency). The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100) for Philippine Peso accounts, or the equivalent threshold for cryptocurrency deposits. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are generally processed and reflected in your 444ph wallet instantly upon successful completion of the transaction.
5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are available only to players who have successfully completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is two hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200) for e-wallet and bank transfer methods. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes during standard operating hours. 5.3 Payment Method Consistency
To protect against money laundering and fraud, 444ph requires that withdrawals be directed to the same payment method used for deposits, to the extent technically feasible. Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on your account may require additional verification.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering
444ph is obligated to comply with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). 444ph reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 444ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any 444ph intellectual property without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 444ph's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the 444ph platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's 444ph account at the time the claim arises.
444ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the 444ph platform, regardless of whether such damages are foreseeable.
444ph is not responsible for any loss arising from connectivity issues, device failures, or service interruptions caused by third parties, including Philippine telecommunications providers such as PLDT, Globe, Smart, or DITO.
If you have a dispute relating to your 444ph account or any game outcome, you must first contact 444ph customer support by emailing [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 444ph aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, which serves as the regulatory authority for online gaming operations in the Philippines.
Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
444ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via email or via a notification displayed upon login to the 444ph platform.
The amended Terms will specify the effective date from which they apply. Your continued use of the 444ph platform after the stated effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the 444ph platform and may close your account.
